Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of Ranqly’s websites and software (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you are using Ranqly on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

1. The Services

Ranqly provides tools for local businesses to manage marketing workflows, content, and related data. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Ranqly a license to host, process, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the Services you request—including integration with third-party platforms you connect (such as Google or social networks).

4. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, violate applicable law, or generate unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. We may suspend access for violations.

5. AI-generated output

Outputs from automated or AI-assisted features are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing or relying on them.

6. Third-party services and social media integrations

The Services integrate with third-party APIs and platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). When you connect a social media account, you authorize Ranqly to publish content on your behalf according to the scheduling and approval settings you configure. Those platforms have their own terms of service and content policies; you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with them. Ranqly is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, content removals, or account actions taken by those platforms.

You may disconnect any connected platform at any time from Settings. Disconnecting revokes Ranqly's access and deletes stored credentials for that platform. Ranqly does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party service.

7. Fees

Paid plans are described at checkout or in your order. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. RNQLY Credits

RNQLY Credits (“Credits”) are a loyalty benefit included with a Ranqly subscription. They are entries in a ledger that Ranqly maintains inside your Ranqly account, and they exist only to unlock benefits within the Services.

What Credits are not. Credits are not money, currency, a cryptocurrency, a security, an investment, or stored value. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account or person. You should have no expectation of monetary return from Credits.

Ownership. Credits are not your property. Ranqly grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Credits recorded in your account, for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

Earning and vesting. Credits are earned and vest as described on the RNQLY Credits page at the time they are earned. Only vested Credits count toward tier benefits.

When your account is no longer active. If your subscription is cancelled, expires, or is terminated — by you or by us — all Credits in your account, vested and unvested, and any early-adopter position or multiplier, are forfeited at the end of the paid period and the benefits they unlocked end. They are not restored if you subscribe again later; a new subscription starts from the then-current terms and position.

Changes to the program. We may change how Credits are earned, vest, or are used, change or remove tier benefits, correct balances recorded in error, reverse Credits obtained through fraud, abuse or a refunded payment, or end the program, with reasonable notice where practicable.

Form of the program. Credits are recorded only in Ranqly’s own ledger. If Ranqly ever offers a version of the program that involves a transferable or blockchain-based asset, it would be optional and offered only under separate terms published in advance that you choose to accept. Nothing in these terms or on our website is an offer of any such asset.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or lead volumes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranqly and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty dollars).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or risk to the Services or other users. When an account is no longer active, connected platform credentials are deleted and RNQLY Credits are forfeited as described in section 8.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
