Connecting your accounts. Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile are connected during setup — we walk you through it and confirm posting works before your first post goes out. Google Business Profile is self-serve today; Facebook and Instagram are being enabled for self-serve connection and are handled with you in the meantime.

Optional add-on for Starter and Pro. Platform admin enables this per tenant. Full-gen videos are generated with customer-centric AI prompts + trend context + tenant category/focus areas (not dependent on tenant media uploads).

Most customers choose guided onboarding so everything works without guesswork: $299 one-time for Starter and $499 for Pro. The Social plan has no onboarding fee. That covers hands-on setup (accounts, ZIPs, media library basics, and automation settings).
