Facebook and Instagram posting

Connect the Facebook Page and Instagram Business account you already use, and let Ranqly publish the posts you have approved -- on your schedule, under your control, and disconnectable at any time.

What connecting actually does

When you connect Facebook from your Ranqly account settings, you are asked to grant access to the Pages you manage. Ranqly uses that access to do three things, and only these three:

• Show you the Pages you manage, so you can choose which one Ranqly should use. Nothing publishes to a Page you have not selected.
• Publish the posts you have scheduled or approved inside Ranqly to that Page, and to the Instagram Business account linked to it.
• Read back basic performance on those posts, so you can see how your content did without leaving your dashboard.

How Instagram fits in

Instagram publishing runs through the Instagram Business or Creator account linked to your Facebook Page -- the same way Instagram's own tools work. If your Instagram account is linked to the Page you connected, approved posts can go to both. If it is not linked, Facebook posting works perfectly well on its own, and you can link Instagram later.

You decide what goes out

Ranqly drafts posts for your business, your services and the areas you serve. Every one of them can be held for your approval before it publishes, so you can read it, edit it, or throw it away. If you would rather not approve each post individually, you can let an approved schedule publish on its own. What gets posted, when, and to which accounts is always your decision.

Disconnect whenever you want

When you connect your Facebook Page directly to Ranqly, a Disconnect button sits beside it on the same settings screen -- available at any time, without contacting anyone, and publishing to those accounts stops immediately. You can also remove Ranqly from your own Facebook account settings, and you can request deletion of the data held for that connection -- see our privacy policy for how to do that and what we keep. If your accounts were linked through a third-party publishing partner instead, contact us and we will disconnect them for you.

Your data stays yours

Ranqly only accesses accounts you have explicitly connected, and only to run your own marketing. One customer's data is never used for another customer's. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences. The privacy policy and terms of service spell out the details.
