Platform-admin only. Link a venue tenant (a food park) to the vendor tenants that serve in it (its trucks). The park's posts then name only real trucks from this lineup, every truck's posts name the park and its address as their location, and the lineup count becomes a fact the count guardrail accepts. Billing and connections stay per tenant.
