Platform-admin only. Tenants below are active but have no paid Stripe subscription, or one that lapsed. Nothing is sent to a tenant until you approve it here. Each reminder goes to the tenant's company admins with a one-click, 30-day link to secure checkout; a tenant gets at most one reminder per 7 days unless you force a resend. The same list is emailed to you every Monday morning.
